Explore the magnificence of Red Rock Canyon while working on becoming the man you want to be. Utilizing the canyon as our base of operation, join a small group of active men also seeking excellence in critical life areas. Hiking in this space provides a wealth of metaphors and examples of how the natural world mirrors our inner landscape and challenges.
Co-led by author and men’s psychologist Dr. Fred Rabinowitz, each day will feature various experiential practices and deep discussions. Be prepared for the challenge of fusing physical activity with mindful self-reflection and interpersonal sharing.
Our goals are simple and yet nuanced as the canyons around us: Finding meaning, purpose, and clarity in our lives. While all levels of experience are welcome, a 15-20 minute preliminary interview will be conducted to evaluate the appropriateness of the fit for each prospective participant.
Themes:
- Day One: Opening up your Consciousness, Knowing Your Foundation
- Day Two: Connecting to Your Roadtrip Self: Persona – Shadow Awakening
- Day Three: Integrating Learning into your Real Life and Relationships
Each hiking/counseling experience begins after breakfast (9:00) and extends through the early afternoon (1:00)
A room block will be secured at the Red Rock Casino and Resort
